Issue

Create invoices one by one or upload an Excel sheet with thousands. Each invoice gets its own 1BILL Invoice ID and goes to the payer by email.

Get paid

Payers choose 1BILL (Invoice) in their banking app, wallet or ATM and enter the ID. Raast instant payments are on the way. You can also record cash and bank transfers.

Reconcile

The invoice is marked paid the moment the payment arrives, a receipt goes to the payer, and everything lands in your audit trail.

Common questions

How do my payers pay?+

Every invoice carries a 1BILL Invoice ID. Payers open any banking app, mobile wallet or ATM, choose 1BILL (Invoice), enter the ID and pay. IndusBill is told instantly and marks the invoice paid, with a receipt emailed to the payer. Payments made in cash, by bank transfer or through wallets can be recorded by your staff with a reference, and are fully audited.

What about Raast?+

Raast, Pakistan's instant payment system, is on our roadmap so payers can also settle invoices straight from their bank account. 1BILL is available today; we will announce Raast here as soon as it is live.

Is there a fee for 1BILL payments?+

A small fixed service charge applies to each 1BILL payment, based on the invoice amount. For every organisation we are set up to either deduct it from the amount you receive at settlement, or add it to what the payer pays, in which case it is shown clearly on the invoice as "1Link/IndusBill Charges".
