Who is IndusBill for?+
Any organisation that bills people regularly: schools, housing societies, clubs, associations and businesses.
How do my payers pay?+
With 1BILL from any participating bank app, wallet or ATM using the invoice ID, or by scanning the Raast QR on the invoice. You can also record cash and bank transfers.
What does it cost?+
A small fixed service charge applies to each 1BILL payment. You choose whether it is deducted at settlement or added to what the payer pays, where it is shown on the invoice.
How long does it take to get started?+
Register in a few minutes. After we verify your details, you receive an email to set your password and can start issuing invoices.
Can I send invoices in bulk?+
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV sheet with one row per invoice. If any row has a mistake, nothing is imported and you see which rows to fix.
Can I remind payers who have not paid?+
Yes. Choose when reminders go out around the due date. They stop automatically once the invoice is paid, voided or expired.
Can we use WhatsApp and our own domain?+
Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business number to send invoices and reminders, and serve your portal from your own address, such as billing.yourschool.edu.pk. HTTPS is set up automatically.
Can my staff have different access?+
Yes. Grant each person only the permissions they need, limited to specific branches if required. Staff are verified before they can sign in.
How is our data protected?+
Each organisation's data is isolated, access is permission-controlled, identity documents are stored privately, and every action is recorded in an audit trail.
Do payers need an account?+
No. Payers get each invoice and receipt by email with a secure link and PDF.
